- Trucks are able to park in the Equipment Loading Lot after unloading; Buses will park at C.B. Smith Park across the street once they have dropped off your students. We will have personnel stationed at both areas to assist you with directions.
- Director Check-In will be located at the Student/Bus Drop-off area.
- Equipment, once unloaded from your truck, can move through the Front Entrance of the school to the appropriate area.
- Props can be staged and left in the Practice Field area behind the football stadium, next to the field entry point.
- Band Entry and Exit will take place from the front sideline, on Side 1 (Stage Right).
2) We are offering a Meal Deal for your groups; please see attached for that form, and a Concession Stand Menu for your perusal. Please remember that no outside food is allowed at this contest.

All of the sites, except the Broward County Stadium, have parents associations preparing concessions for you. Please support these programs… it’s a LOT of hard work. There can be NO cooking, preparing or “bringing in” of any outside food, to any of the sites, including the Broward County Stadium. Broward County Stadium has stadium concessions available for purchase, they accept Cash and Credit Cards for food. Please plan accordingly.
Pre-Order meals will be available at all sites. Details to come!
