Registration Cost is determined by Class Size. Invoice will be sent for declared size, with $500 deposit securing your registration. Final Class Size for championships must be determined by September 1st, 2022. Class 1A - $750 Class 2A - $800 Class 3A - $850 Class 4A - $900 Class 5A - $950

This application is the official entry form for the 2022 FMBC State Championships Prelims and Finals event. FMBC State Prelims and Finals will utilize FMBC Rules and Score Sheets. Registration includes: - One Director pass to all 2022 Regional shows. 1 Director Pass and 9 additional passes for State Prelims and Finals. (Additional passes will be made available for purchase at a later date). Bands registered by January 31st with $500 deposit paid will be put in a random drawing for Prelims performance order. All bands registered after the 31st will be scheduled for performance order by payment postmark date. Registration is closed at Midnight, October 1st, 2022. By submitting this form, you agree to follow the Rules and Regulations and submit all Music Copyright documents when requested. All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

With 2022 State Championships registration, we agree to send 4 parent volunteers for (1) shift of Volunteer Activities prior to or during Championships weekend. FMBC will send available shift opportunities. Each parent volunteer will receive priority reserved seating for your school's prelims performance.

2022 Media Release – Consent for the use of images: I hereby consent that Florida Marching Band Championships (FMBC) may use or permit the use of any and all images of all participants in our group or property of our group shown in such images, in any and all media formats, and may copyright said images for sales, advertising, publicity or other business purposes all in such form and manner as FMBC may elect either in conjunction with our name or apart from it.

2022 Liability Release - Notification of Non-Liability, Consent, and Release Form: Florida Marching Band Championships (FMBC), all event venues and their respective employees, agents, staff, and representatives, will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by any performing members, staff, or support personnel of the above-named group during or in conjunction with any performances or attendance at any performances of the 2022 FMBC competition calendar. Furthermore, this group and its sponsoring organization hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless (FMBC), all event venues and their respective employees, agents, staff, and representatives from any and all claims which might be brought by any person associated in any way with the above-described group, including performing members, in any way arising out of or during any performance of the group at any 2022 FMBC Event or in any way arising out of, or connected with, the attendance of said group.
